ProStores eCommerce - Can I upgrade from one ProStores package to another? Downgrade?

Answer

ProStores is designed to grow with your business, so you can upgrade for greater functionality right from within your ProStores Store Administration. Upgrading will not cause you to lose any of your original work, you will not be forced to close your store while upgrading. To upgrade you will need to click on the upgrade button located on the top navigation bar in your Store Administration.

Downgrades are possible, although not typically requested. In order to downgrade you will need to contact Register.com. If you are downgrading to the Starter package and have over 100 products, the downgrade will not be possible until there are 100 products or less in your store.
