Check with your current Registrar to determine if your domain name is on lock. If your domain name has been placed on lock as a security measure, you should request to have that lock removed so that we can complete your transfer. Obtain a Transfer Authorization code from the current Registrar. You'll be asked to provide this code when initiating the transfer process. Once we have received your email conformation, the transfer will take place within five (5) calendar days unless the current Registrar of record denies the request. When your transfer is complete, you will be able to log into your account with Register.com at the Account Manager login page.
