What is SafeRenew ^TM?

Answer

The services in your account may already be enrolled in SafeRenew™, our automatic renewal service. SafeRenew™ is a convenient way to protect your services from being cancelled if you should forget to extend their terms.

If your services are enrolled in SafeRenew™ and eligible for renewal, we will attempt to:

Notify you of services that are due for renewal before expiration.
Charge the associated credit card, on file for that service, at our regular renewal price.
Automatically renew these services for our standard time period if the above charge is successful.
